  I got a loan on my Xbox 360 on four separate occasions. Each time I retrieved back my property they did not give me my HDMI Cords back,so on the fourth time I picked up my property I asked where my correct cord is and they said they do not know and I can pick one out of a box of miscellaneous cords that are not mine,and the other three cords belong to my cable company DirecTV and now I will be charged for the missing cords that were never returned when I leased my property to cashland in zanesville Ohio.the employees were both very rude and not willing to give me a number or to talk to anyone else above their job title. They argued and made rude comments but never gave me an answer of where my cords were that came with my property.
