Anna's Linens corresponded with Sheila Warner I bought a kitchen rug there and it was expensive for a rug, 15.00. I accidentally spilled WATER on the rug and the colors ran. I washed the rug because most stores wont take it back unless you do. Ft Worth, Texas

I tried to return the defective rug with my RECEIPT. I had bought it a few days earlier. The cashier and the Mgr both refused a refund and made me take some item I had no NEED OR USE FOR. I corresponded with Sheila Warner at the corporate office and told her about this. She did not offer a REFUND OR A STORE CREDIT. The item was 15.00 plus tax!!!
