I signed on with Answering Specialists On June 2, 2015 and cancelled the service verbally on June 16 for bad service. They did not cancel, I still recieved messages even after cancellation. So I had to send an email to cancel completely on the 20th. After cancellation I was charged an additional $75 for actual time used. Please be aware that this company will tell you one thing when they sign you up and a different thing when you are not happy and cancel. When I called to question the charges, I was told that this is just the way it is and I would just have to deal with it. Trust me, you will cancel.

The reason for my cancellation is poor customer service. We record every call that comes into our office. After listening to a few of the calls, I contacted customer support to ask them to modify the way they answer my phones. Hoping this would correct the situation, I allowed them to except more calls for my company. When listening to the recorded conversations, I realized that this company is not out to assist anyone with their business. They are in business strictly for themselves.

This is why I feel this way.

When they answered my calls, they would immediately put the caller on hold. Sometimes for 10 minutes or more. When the call was picked up again, the CS rep would ask again how they could help and the caller was put on hold again. This happened on just about every call. This was just to take a message. I attempted to call each person back that tried to leave a message for our company and the person never answered and did not return my calls. Which resulted in a loss of revenue for poor customer service. When I asked the company why they were putting my callers on hold, the answer was. Well the phone is ringing again and we have to answer the next call. This makes absolutely no sense to me. If you have a caller on hold, take care of that caller and let someone else pick up the next call. I am sure everyone has heard the saying "A bird in the hand is better than 2 in the bush." But I guess that does not matter to Answering Specialists. After all they are getting paid for the number of calls they answer, not the quality.

This company is by far the worst company for customer service out there. BEWARE, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR HARD EARNED ADVERTISING DOLLARS.
