Antivirus2009 - CHRPAY.COM - MEYROCORPantivirus2009 tricked me into buying antivirus which gave me a virus now they will not refund my money Internet

was told that i needed to put antivirus on my computer and the add would not go away kept telling me i had a virus. so i bought it several days later my computer crashed my repair man said what i bought was more than likely a virus. so i email the company at support@supportsecuritysolutions.com and they kept telling me i needed to contact the billing and refund department at avsupport@soft-helpdesk.com which of course the email address did not work so i went to the faq page and found another email address support@supportdeska.com after seveal attempts both address sent me emails saying i was getting a full refund in 4 to 5 working days that was 01/06/2009 still no refund contact company again yesterday and was told they sent the refund so i contacted visa of course no refund so put in complaint with visa. i have sent them 3 more emails today to let them no i contacted visa and the problem is on there end not mine this has been very frustrating. at least i finally got them to respond but it has all been lies i no i have been scammed will continue to send them emails even though i no it will not do any good makes me feel better but people at visa were very nice and helpful hope this helps someelse not to get ripped off cause it is not a good feeling.
