I authorized them to send me a free sample (I pay shipping).  I was automatically directed to another product which I didn't want.  I went to checkout and it automatically made me pay. A few days later they are taking almost $200 from my account and stating I agreed to their terms and conditions, which I most certainly did not. 

I've called several times trying to receive my refund.  No one speaks clear English and they read you the script over and over without actually helping you. There is so much wrong with these types of companies.
