I looked at all my account transactions and noticed an unusual purchase. So I called my bank right away to find out what I should do and they told me that they have been recieving quite a bit of phone calls about Privacy Mattters!!! So I called Privacy Matters and really laid it in to them. They told me I clicked on a link and automatically subscribed to something. That does not give them the freedom to do something fraudulent!!! Something has got to be done about this company!!!!

Maybe you should try asking politely (flys) for some sort of invoice...... They can't get your credit card info just because you clicked on a link. Maybe they are linked with a company you did sign up for. If you did sign up for anything around that time you can go back and read all the 'fine print' as well. Make sure that you ACTUALLY did not agree to pay them anything. You may have done so inadvertantly. They DO like to hide things in those terms and conditions. And they COUNT on people not reading them, especially free trials.
