I HAVE ATTENDED THE UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX FOR A WHILE NOW AND IAM HIGHLY UPSET WITH HOW THEY OPERATE. AT FIRST I WAS HAPPY ABOUT STARTING SCHOOL THERE, AND AT FIRST THEY WERE UNDERSTANDING AND ACTED LIKE THEY CARE ABOUT YOU,BUT I SLOWLY FOUND OUT THAT THEY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY. I STARTED NOTICING CHARGES COMING OUT OF MY ACCOUNT SLOWLY BUT SURELY. I TRY ALL THE TIME TO GET IN CONTACT WITH MY FINANCIAL ADVISOR BUT SHE RARELY ANSWERS THE PHONE; AND THEN WHEN SHE ANSWERS THE PHONE, SHE DOESN'T GIVE ME THE CORRECT INFORMATION. I HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS OF TIMES ABOUT MY ACCOUNT AND THEY GIVE ME TE RUN AROUND. THIS SCHOOL IS VERY EXPENSIVE AND I CAN NOT AFFORD TO DROP OUT. I FEEL LIKE A VICTIM AND THEY DO NOT CARE. THEY HAVE SCAMMEDME OUT OF MY MONEY AND MY TIME. I REALLY HOPE THE RIGHT PEOPLE INVESTIGATES THIS SCHOOLAND RETURNS ALL OF THE MONEY THAT THEY HAVE SCAMMED FROM A LOT OF STUDENTS THERE. WITH THIS ECONOMY FAILING, THEY THINKPEOPLE ARE NOT GOING TO NOTICE THESE THINGS AND MAKE EXCUSES FOR THEM. PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS UNVERSITY ANS ONLINE SCHOOL AND PLEASE HELPMEWITH MY ISSUE WITH THEM BECAUSE IT IS NOT FAIR TO PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO WANT SOMETHING BETTER FOR THEIR LIVES. THANK YOU
