I also am a victim of this SCAM. I called to cancel within the 15 days and then canceleded online within 20 days and they still shipped and charged be the $89. I disputed this charge with AMEX, but Apperra filed a ton of paperwork and AMEX accepted it a valid charge. I have returned the product and still no refund. I will take it to the next step with AMEX and file a law suit if neccessary. My Brother is an Attorney and he loves to go after crooks like this.
