Appisco/Appslodge HORRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT TRUST Houston Texas

So I approached Appisco in January 2014 and inquired about making an app, they were very informative and helpful at first, I was stupid for not researching on a company before throwing 18000 usd into a fire pit, numerous threads had been created to alert people about them, they change their name from time to time so they can keep scamming money from people who work their butt off for it, i know i probably wont be getting my money back but really any help would be appreciated, I planned to file a lawsuit against them too, at least I gave it a shot, when i told them I am going to take legal actions against them this is their reply 

"There is no use to give us the threat like that if we received this kind of email and threats from your side then you will get a response from our legal dept. As we didn't get any single penny from you and previous company is the one who took your money and didn't deliver the finished product to you."

As a matter of fact, i do have evidence, i have been keeping records of our conversations and even the email telling me that they would switch to appslodge from appisco, its going to be a long fight but im ready, if anyone else has more information about them please dont hesitate to email me, (((email redacted)))  Thank you
