Sparing all the "payday loans are bad" emails, I did get one through fast-cash-personal-loans.com. Now, I have gotten payday loans before from other companies and never had a problem with repayment or anything else for that matter.

I noticed when my payment came due that it states that you can either do nothing and it will refinance itself and you pay only the fees, or you can pay the entire amount borrowed plus fees back.

I found it odd that I could not pay partial principle plus the fees and when I called I was told by a rep that this was not an option.I could not afford to pay the entire amount back at one time so I decided to obviously just pay the fees. I was forced to do this for several months since I never had the entire amount available to pay.

One day I noticed that they had taken out more than was scheduled and contacted them about why. Well needless to say I never received a response.I waited over a week and then emailed them again stating I was filing a report with the BBB and if they didnt respond within 3 days I would block my account from further drafts from their company.

I received a response 2 days later stating that after they reviewed my account that it was marked as paid in full.

THEN HOWEVER I received the response they sent to the BBB (they have quite a many complaints on their as well) and everything they said was a lie.

They said they received one email from me that was responeded to the same day (NOT TRUE)and NO phone calls. I have all correspondenses sent and received between us saved in case they tried to say otherwiseThey said they do accept partial payments which ironically I was told otherwise.They stated they I must have gotten them mistaken with another company! HAH!

AND LASTLY, they stated they have decided to forgo legal collection remedies and just close the account!Legal collections for WHAT?!? They always received their payments and I never had to block them from my bank because they said they closed the account.

This company makes up bogus lies, their website is misleading, and they will take your money and run with it if given the chance.

I am NOT one of those people who say payday loans are all bad, some are great companies and it really does help out when your in a jam!

Just beware of these people and go to another website!
