Appliance Repair Schools - Steve Harris ripoff defective cd, nobody will help or talk to you over the phone, very very very rude person, I have ever encountered in my entire life. Beverly Hills California

This company is a repair schools, selling used and refurbished computers and they are selling a program whre you can have an income selling pc, pocket pc,etc. I ordered the cd " profit from pocket pc" for 99.00 dollars last june 1. They told me that i can have the items in a couple of days, but it took me 2 weeks to receive it.

I've been making a follow up call to that person STEVE HARRIS and he is not really very helpful. Aside from being rude( he always hangs the phone down on me.). Last june 18 I got my orders, then I pop it in to my pc but it doesn't seem to work. So I called up again for help. Again steve is not very helpful. I asked him if there's somebody there in their office who could talk to me, or help explain what to do with the cd. He said nobody will be able to help me over the phone. Everybody's busy.

He wants me to just return the product to them and they will replace it. My purpose of calling is that maybe I could save some time if somebody will help explain to me whats on the cd, before returning it to them. That will probably will take 2 more weeks. What happen was, STEVE HARRIS was shouting at me, telling me that I'm wasting their time and that they will suspend me( from what)as a customer I do believe that i don't desserve to be treated like that and nobody has the right.

Steve Harris,( the very rude, uneducated person, I have ever encountered in my entire life) give my money back.
