Appliancezone ripped off and no custormer service Internet, Indiana

I ordered a Furnace Flush Mount Limit Switch, they sent me a Attic Fan Control.   

It took four weeks to get it in the first place. They did not tell me it was out of stock or anything like that. When it came it was the wrong part.

I e-mailed them and they tried to tell me I ordered the wrong part. On my invoice it says Furnace Flush Mount Limit or Fan Control. The part I got looks nothing like the part I ordered. They are in on way innerchangeable.

After a lot of e-mail back and forth (13 of them) I am no closer to getting my money back.

I've asked how to get my part I ordered or my money back and all I get is a big run-a-round.

The last e-mail says they ordered more of the same part and they will let me know what they recieve from the manufacturer. They never mention how to get my money back.
