Safe Step installed a walk-in tub for my wife and it has never been used, she died two weeks later. She had medical issues, I am a war veteran and instead of giving the discounts they say thay do i was grossly over charged through the FBO Connexux Credit Union. ASked them to return tub, and would pay labor costs and they would not do it. It was installed March 2016 for my wife and she died two weeks later. Tub still to this day has never been used. As of 8/7/2018 I still owe 15,808.51. It has been one of the biggest Rip-Offs in my lifetime.
