Aqua Technology's Basement Doctor Aqua Technology's Basement Doctor - does not stand by their lifetime warranty Willow Grove Pennsylvania

I had a inside pressure relief system installed by Aua Technology's. We have had the system for two years incident free. Two weeks ago we had very heavy rains and the basement floor had water. Since then, two more rain falls and two more incidents with water on the floor. I have been calling the company every couple of days for the past two weeks and leaving voicemails about the situation and leaving my home and cell number. No one ever picks up the phone and no one ever returns the calls - despite the message they have saying "we will return your call within 24 hours". I have caled their two PA numbers and their New Jersey numbers and left messages. I tried thri MD and VA numbers, but both of those numbers are not in service and the mesage says it is a customer directed disconnected number.


I have now entered a BBB complaint and a complaint with the PA attorney general. Maybe this will get their attention.
