Aquapride Swim Caps None known I LIKE THEIR PRODUCT BUT THEY'RE DOING ME WRONG!!! Coulsdon, Surrey, Internet

I ordered a Volumer swim cap from Aquapride in January 2012.  This was my THIRD time ordering one so I did not forsee any problems.  Due to a hectic work schedule, I actually forgot I placed the order until about 2 months later.  At that time, I started emailing them. 

It took a LONG time to get a response but I finally did.  To make a long story short, today is August 28, 2012, and I still HAVE NOT received my Volumer nor have I received the 'compensation item' I was promised. Over the past months I was told more than once that the item had been out of stock but now it's restocked and my order would be sent.  I was also told as recently at the first week of August that my order had actually 'posted' (I guess that means shipped.), however, "Steve" has not replied to me to indicate when it was shipped and where it was shipped to. 

For those who were disappointed about the performance of their caps, I understand.  The items worked for me because I just wanted to keep my hair dry when I take a shower or get in a jacuzzi because it's just too much work to try to pile all this hair on top of my head now.  I've finally found companies in the US that look like they have items to fit my needs. 

I've recently tried reaching Aquapride via two other avenues:  The Scoot Network (which is connected to periodals oversees) and something called Tradekey.com.  I've never heard of these sites before but I came across them trying to find other ways to contact Aquapride and I figured I'd give it a shot.  Ironically, as I was typing this entry, I received an email from Scoot Customer Service informing me that Aquapride did not respond to my message.  Big shock.
