Aquariumcreationsonline Tom Hellwig On Sept 12, 2017 I placed an order and paid immediately thru paypal. To this date no product and no refund. Fraud! Fort Lauderdale Florida

On September 12, 2017 I placed an on-line order with orders.aquariumcreationsonline@gmail.com  The order was for 2 pounds of caulerpa, I paid $129.97, which included shipping. 

On 10/3/17 I called and spoke with Tom.  He said that the caulerpa supply was delayed due to a hurricane.  He said it would ship next week. 

0n 10/23/17 I send an e-mail asking about my order.  No Response.

On 10/30/17 I called and left a message. 

11/1/17 Tom returned my call.  He has no caulerpa to send me.  He asked if he could send sea lettuce instead.  Sure that would be fine.  But I still got nothing. 

On 1/9/18 I called and left a message demanding the refund on my money in its entirety.  Nothing. 

On 1/25/18  I sent another e-mail again demanding a full refund for my $129.97.  Still no response, no product and no refund. 

2/6/18  Another e-mail was sent to Tom Hellwig at Aquarium Creations demanding a full refund. Once again nothing.

3/18/18  I send another e-mail.  This time threatening to make a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau and also put a complaint on social media.  I thought, stupid me, that Tom would at the very least, call me, refund me money.   Nothing!!! He stole my $129.97.  Refused to send my order.  Refused to refund my money. 

This is theft!  This is fraud!
