ar Audio Closeout Sold on Amazon Compnay sells faulty products.. Internet

I purchased a set of JL Audio C3-650 6-3/4" 2-way Convertible Component/Coaxial Speakers System Evolution C3 Series on Amazon. This seller selld through Amazon. I received the speal=kes and had them installed 30 days after I received them. I dont drive the vehicle I installed them in very often. I drove teh car about 3 weeks after installing them. And 30 minutes into my drive, the right speaker died. I took it to the stereo shop to see what tghe problem was, and it turns out that the cross over went bad.

Well, I thought since I bvought through amazon, I would be covered. The seller 1st denied, then came back and said he would refund. so i sent the speakers all neatly packed in the box back to the seller. Now the seller is saying they will NOT return, even  and amazon od backing them up becausw its been over 30 days. Sisnce when should $300.00 speakers only last 1 month? And the sick thing is, we all know the seller will send back to teh manafature and get a brand new set. So basically stealing my money. I plan on reporting them to the BBB, and every avanue I cam do. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
