Arbonne Independent Consultant From Arbonne Preys on people in tradeshows then takes your money and never answers calls/delivers products Sunnyside New York

I met the consultant at the Spa and Resort Expo in New York on September 21. She later contacted me to sell me products and came to my home on October 2. I purchased a makeup primer and two blushes from her retail price. She baited me saying I would get great discounts then I found out I had to sign up to be a consultant myself and sell products for a year. I should have known it was fishy but I politely declined and had to pay retail price which is comparable to department store prices. She did not give me any receipt instead telling me that I would see her early the following week. I contacted her October 20, she said she was going to deliver the products on 23 or 24th. I was home all day she never came or called. I called her back on the 27th and I left a message. No reply. I called her again November 4th and left another message. No reply. I called her again November 10 at 2:30 but did not get an answer. I called her with my caller id blocked at 5:30 the same day and she picked up and said hello in a cheery tone. I said hello (consultant name) this is (my name) How are you? Immediately she became serious and told me can I call you right back. I'll call you right back.

It is now 3:00 November 11 and she has not called back. I don't want this person to continue to rip people off who go to these trade shows. I contacted Arbonne and they said that they can do nothing because they are just her supplier, that I should file a violation report through their website, and that I should try to contact the consultant, but that hasn't worked. I tried being understanding about the late delivery, but now I am conviced that I lost my money. What can I do legally to prevent her from doing this to people and hopefully get my money/products.
