Well I actually have not had buisness dealings with them ever. yet they are showing up on my credit report as a repo. Untill today i did not know anything about this deceptive company and for those of you that have been screwed by them I can't begin to tell you how much i feel for you/
I have been in contact with this company to get them off of my report, yet they say that I had a dodge breeze. I can say no! They even verified that the SS# they have on file is not mine yet they say untill I send them a letter explaining my "concerns" they can do nothing about it. Even if I get it to them today they will not report to the credit bur. for two months. That is bull!!!!!!!
Is this company owned by Enron??

Get a copy of your credit report from all three bureaus. Dispute the item of Arcadia Financial, LTD by following the directions on the credit reports. Write not mine.
It is my understanding that the credit bureau must investigate all disputes and if you can establish with the credit bureau your SSN, your date of birth and your residences, then the bureaus must remove the derogatory item if it cannot be established. If Arcadia does not have the correct SSN, then the bureaus must remove the items.
Very rarely do companies like this ever admit and correct their mistakes. They feel that it is the consumers responsibility to look after their own credit reports. They are scum.
