4) causing a telephone to ring repeatedly or continuously, or making repeated or continuous telephone calls, with the intent to harass a person at the called number.

They continuosly call my home 3-6 times a day, they then get there Charlotte north Carolina office 3036 Eastway Dr. Eastway Crossing. Charlotte, NC 28205. 704-536-8121 to call an additional 3-6 times a day, they then get the minnisota office at P.O. Box 1506. Minneapolis, MN 55440-1506 to call my home 3-6 times a day every day. I am finding that other consumers are experiencing the same harrasment from this company. I filed a complaint with this office earlier this year and they chose not to answer the complaint sent to them by your office.

Something needs to be done about the business practices of this company and also their deceptive practices even if it comes down to a class action lawsuit by consumers. They are in violation of the laws that regulate their collection practices and Im sick of it.

MAYBE ITS TIME FOR A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FOR THEIR UNETHICAL AND DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!!!!
