i took my car into my brakes changed and a week later
took it in to find a miss in my car. they told me i needed new tires at 90.00 a piece mind you.
they said they could'nt find the miss unless i got new tires. i said no and they charged me 50.00 for 30 mins of looking meanwhile i took a cab home and back to the store.
i got my car checked at sears of all places and to my suprise they told me i had a bad front wheel bearing , no backing plate and also i needed a lower control arm bushing.
this was all on the front where i just got my brakes changed a week before. why they didnt tell me i dont know. and ive always been told that sears was a rip off but they helped me more than anyone i took my car to

It seems as though if they had told you of these items when you did the brakes, you would be upset that they were trying to "rip you off" by selling you stuff that you did not want or need.
It seems that people complain about auto shops no matter what they do.
