I'm an avid mountain biker, after hard rides I ice down my ankle. So when I seen this product I thought it would be easy to wrap my ankle after a ride than drive home. It worked ok for about 30 mins. After a 40 min drive home it was completely dried out. So I follow the instruction on the package and their website. The next day same thing, went for a ride ,but, this time when I opened the container this think is covered in mold!! And a white slime is in the bottom of the container! I only use filtered water!!!! I've contacted the company several times, there's no one at GAWI HEALTHCARE ( dba arctic ease) tried washing the mold and slime from the wrap and the container! NOW IT NO LONGER GETS COLD!!!!!!
