 The one who uses people and who does not pay for his gain and entrusts them in his lies and who avoids collection agencies at his utmost convience. Hehehehe oh yes the big city slicker of all who is to be trusted with utmost respect? NEVER.

I lost my respect for this man and so h used to have  \the utmost  respect for  him since this incident  used to have remember this , Ive had over 5,300 who has congratulated me  on opening my mouth about him, ha I have files and files to prove he has  scammed most people he has tried to conduce business with  wit and  also  is a scam artist along with oh yes the  collection agency whose now files showed files that he will not only return a call but also pay making up excuses as who and why , why he should not pay hahahahahah oh yes I have proof beyond a shadow of a doubt in a court of law. This is all right for its on is dot and credit bureau as well heheheh oh yes I hit all of the Government agencies and there is nothing he can do to now protect himself

I just have received yet another call from another individiual who has been hit by this company that I've spoke of in this post. This is the second call about this company and person who has had bad dealings with this person and company other than myself.

I am neither a liar, nor cheater nor have I cheated anyone out of money in any way, shape or form. I have values and morals I go by in my life and this goes against all of my values and moral standards. I don't need to lie and cheat my way to the top.

The person who called me today Told me of their situation. Again he has no case in this matter for it is legal for a broker to cancel a load when the broker has a truck nearer to the pickup point and his truck is detained and that person can not get a hold of the other truck to find out information.

I have had many a broker cancel out loads from me since my trucks were detained. I didn't get get mad and threatened to sue. because that broker needed a truck on the load right away.

This is business. Maybe of all the loads this company had canceled themselves from other brokers, the brokers should go out and sue him.

I know that I personally will not be doing any sort of business with this company or the man involved ever again in the near future.

I don't have any idea about this situation at all, but I wanted to just defend my postion. I have been called a liar by the lady Debbie, and my honesty questioned.

She asked how I know Arden, and said how could I from California.

answer: My business was in Richmond for 12 years before we moved to California 5 years ago. We have done business with Arden since, and never had a problem.

I want to apologize for my error in posting the remrks that I made about Arden Bourgeis concerning his personal life.

It has nothing to do with the problem at hand. I feel in the last post that I have lowered myself to his level which is neither right or fair and because I know that I am a much better person, I am posting this retraction about his personal life.

I will not apologize for the truth in the business matter about non payment to my company as this has been an on going matter since September of 2007.

The statements I have posted are true and non are slanderous toward anyone or any company. I have been an employee for this company since its infancy. When I met Arden he had only two employee's one driver and a lady in the office if I should name her name I will not at least not right now to lessen any more embarrassment to him and any one else he tries to bring ito this picture that does not belong. Yeah he was concerned as to the pregnancy of his girlfriend back then when he and I tried to get a hold of one another. he had to take her to the Dr. all of the time I tried to get a hold of him when he was so called in a meeting when I called. You were not working when I was dispatching so you have if you are an employee of General Fleet LLC. was not there when I was dispatching or he would have not contracted with me.

As you can all see Arden Bourgeis is wanting and trying his best out of paying a contractor who had done work for him but he tries to lie and decline the work that they did expecting free service out of them as he would any other contractor.

Once you put his information in the search for General Fleet LLC his name does not appear on the top of the list nor does it appear on any list. This company is not found nor are they a member. Thus not being an accredited business.

I have been an employee for this company since its infancy. Not only has Mr. Bourgeois upheld every offer he has ever extended to me, but he has gone above and beyond to secure my position in this company. He goes out of his way for his employees needs, allowing short notice time off for family affairs, advances in payroll, and rewards for outstanding service.

Arden Bourgeis also tried to alter my contract to his liking in his hand writing. Which is in my attorneys office as is all of the paperwork I had sent them including hard copies of emails which were sent back and fourth from Arden Bourgeis and myself, which I always keep on all of my clients and this includes an extensive log of what was said between us, date time and the entire conversation. I was up at 3 am looking for loads for him and by ten in the morning I had secured the load he canceled out, in a one week time he already canceled out four of my loads in which I booked and had taken many hours to find for that week. You are not allowed more than 6 cancelations when brokers put cancelations in a black book and will not utilize that particular company at all. This also made my company look bad as well.

Arden Bourgeis again has placed in front of everyone untrue statements; a contract between two businesses is not considered on company as an employee nor was he an employee of my business. My contract was a contract to utilize my service to the best of my ability, no where in my contract does it stated that I am a robot or a MIRICLE WORKER and that I have to be at my desk 24/7 at the whim of anyone like I apparently was for Arden Bourgeis. So there he was misleading into the idea that I was an employee.

his company did not loose nothing, I had found loads and when I checked on those loads he had canceled out every load but one, were he wanted to take his trucks to NY,DE, Maine places were its virtually impossible to take trucks in and our instead of bringing trucks down to nc, sc, tx etc. HIs so called secretary and he were finding loads while I was because of the bad areas; until I had finally given up for he wanted to keep his trucks in such bad areas. The dispatch software that Mr. Bourgeis is referring to is internet software, in which he was supposed to come down here which he never did and show me how to use it, also a meeting which was supposed to be arranged here at my office in my home was also to occur which had never happened prior to all of this, but Mr. Bourgeis never showed up his excuses is I am to busy. I had told him I never use no fancy software and would prefer not to use it but he insisted.

I have my own guild lines I abide by he tried to incorporate more guidelines as again if I were his employee as if he could rule me and my company and take me over which he tried to do by telling me" I am going to move you to Richmond, that way everything will be accessible and I will move you into my office." I said really now how do you know I want to work in your office?

I factor all of my loads Arden Bourgeis had such bad credit that my factoring company could not accept him for he was declined by my factoring company in order for me to be paid services rendered, (yes I should have stuck with my first instinct of not taking him on but he begged me to against my better judgment)

Arden Bourgeis wanted to do the billing with his own factoring company which now I see why and again I said yes in hopes to trust someone to get my money that I did earn, he called me daytime, night time, weekends and the night time and weekends was not for emergency purposes only as states on my website and in my contract my office hours back there yes 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. but after hours Arden Bourgeis and I would sit on the phone at night ten oclock sometimes at night talking business, when I and he should be resting our brains. He expected me to work 24/7 and now expects it from anyone for free. Or again he would have paid me the money owed for time used.

After a four day relationship I had no choice but to write her a letter immediately ending our business relationship. Debby was very disgruntled about her termination and demanded payment for the contracts that my other employee had secured in addition to the contracts that she booked that could not by any means be fulfilled.

This letter came to me the Monday after Arden and I had discussed on a Sunday night in which I told him that I was terminating the contract due to His acting as if my company was his and bossing me around like he owned my business. I told him its not going to work with his secretary trying to find loads and me trying to find loads and not getting free reign as to finding the good loads and getting his truck in a decent running area such as NC, SC, TN, etc in order to keep his truck running back to back they would rather run their truck in bad areas because ardent was and is money hungry wanting more than 2.00 an hour in a time when freight was low paying at 1.50 a mile. That same night Arden made a promise to me that he would pay me, I said to pay me just for expences and that was it he insisted that night Sunday night that he would pay me the entire amount to send him a bill so I sent him a bill in not only fax but also snail mail in which he didnt sign the green card sign receipt which was sent back to my office and in his file at my attorneys

In my contact it clearly states that no paperwork shall be turned over for a two year period which Arden Bourgeois seem to not comprehend along with his file will not be sent back until then as well, I do not just do this for him I do this to all of my clients who are under dispatch. No the company I used at the time did a background check and credit check and had been declined due to bad credit. Back to the software again how am I supposed to use something that I do not know how to use, I faxed over invoices when the loads were ran thus using my fax machine ink time etc I did not know how to use this internet software and he is crying about his mistake in not coming down here to show me how to use it. I do have substantial connections but my hands were tied when he and his secretary had gotten in my way of what I do best and that is dispatch they wanted to keep trucks were they were making 2.75 a mile to 4.00 a mile in the upper north east, I kept telling Arden dont take them there its to hard to get them out but he wanted to take them there and my fax machine was full one day when I had to leave for an hour away from my office with carrier agreements. If I can not take a break for an hour here and an hour there when I own my own business there is something wrong. Arden didnt see it that way that I had or do own my own business but at the time he saw and treated me as an EMPLOYEE which I was not nor am I to any more of my clients who is now presently under my dispatch.
Again Arden Bourgeis did not terminate me I terminated the contract on that Sunday night verbally over the telephone and told Arden bourgeois I would send him a formal letter, the next day he faxed me a letter stating he terminated me the night after promise of paying me in full for services rendered. Which to this day I still have not gotten.

As my collections agency had told your attorney slander is a non truthful statement I tell the truth all of the time but this here will show everyone I do tell the truth. Arden bourgeois thinks everyone is stupid including those who are from the west and whom have worked on ranches that he is better than others.

Arden Bourgeis also went into hiding with my collection agency were he would stop picking up the phone and not answering any of their letters and mail etc he basically went into hiding and now he is crawling out of hiding trying to get money from me because he is hurting all of a sudden after all of this time.
I also do not live in a single wide mobile home, I live in a double wide and what does this matter to this case? I am working an honest days work for an honest days dollar. He has taken advantage of me and has lied to me, thus everything should be known the truck about him. The absolute truth in which I put in all of my statements. At least when I tell someone I going to do something I am going to do it with honesty and purity, instead of lead them on and lie stating I am going to do something and not do it at all. oh yes do you see how fast Mr. Bourgeis had quickly all of a sudden gotten on this report the same day his friend did in CA did to respond? I wonder if his so called friend in California isn't the one and same Arden Bourgeis.

This situation unfortunately is a perfect example of the abuse one person can cause when using their freedom of speech fraudulently on the internet. The first quarter of 2008 saw 968 trucking businesses bankrupt and over 45,000 trucks are off the road. We have been able to sustain and even grow over 600%. We have a fantastic group of employees and operators, and we value them greatly for their hard work and dedication.

The time has come in which I must write a response. I had hoped that this would not be an issue that would require one, but unfortunately many people have read this slander attempt and it is continually coming to my attention from customers, friends and family. In September of 2007 I responded to a post that she had made where she was looking for small trucking companies and Owner/ Operators as customers to dispatch their trucks and help with the billing. This business being a new venture, I thought it would be a great idea to employ some help from someone who seemed to be experienced in this business. I did a contract with Debby who owned Transportation Dispatchers. In our agreement were some specific guidelines which included cost per mile, areas served and other strategic requirements. In addition to this it was a requirement that Debby use our dispatch software package to book, track and maintain the freight and equipment. It became quite clear in the first two days that she did not have the experience that was portrayed. In the first two days of her working we lost a substantial amount of money on freight that she should not have ever contracted. The following two days I had an employee that worked for another one of my businesses locating freight and Debby decided to include these contracts as hers, put her name on the documents and requested payment for them. This was obviously fraudulent and could not be tolerated. After a four day relationship I had no choice but to write her a letter immediately ending our business relationship. Debby was very disgruntled about her termination and demanded payment for the contracts that my other employee had secured in addition to the contracts that she booked that could not by any means be fulfilled. She also did not want to turn over customer/ carrier agreements or billing documents. None of the information was entered into the system so I had absolutely no idea what was going on with the truck, loads and payments. The company that she suggested we use for factoring did not work with startup companies without a substantial amount of credit references which at the time we did not have. We decided to use another company with less stringent requirements and have had a wonderful relationship to this day.
The fact is that I have to deal with a disgruntled contractor who is upset that she did not get paid. I refuse to pay her for the destruction she did to my company in its infancy. She mislead me to believe that she had substantial experience and connections that would help to propel my new business. This was completely false. In fact every time customers or I tried to contact her she was at the grocery store, or putting snake poison under her house or two hundred other excuses. I have invested a lot of time and money into this business and have a responsibility to both my employees and family to make this business work. The only decision I had was to terminate her. There is no point in suing Transportation Dispatchers because the company she claims to own does not exist in the State of Georgia. I can not sue her personally for slander because she lives in a single wide trailer and has nothing tangible. I have no other option then to point out the obvious, a disgruntled contractor. With respect to her lawyers and collection agency, after contacting me I sent them our contracts and all correspondences and they are no longer representing her in this matter.

This past February after not hearing from Arden Bourgeis, I received a call from him one night which I didn't answer. Two days later I received a letter in the mail from Mr. Arden Bourgeis's attorney threatening me to sue me, me now the person Arden Bourgeis had not paid. I wished his attorney good luck in retaining his fees and then had him and had my collections agency contact Mr. Bourgeis attorney which they did.

They wanted me to take this article off of Rip off Reports. The reason they wanted me to take it down is because the housing market is slow and Arden thought he could scare me easily to remove this and to sue me for money. As I told his attorney and so did my collection agency, if a law suit persists I will place a harassment claim on him on top of suing for them money still owed to me now in the amount of over $1,000.00 including interest that is stated in my contract in which my attorneys already have along with all of the paperwork.

After receiving many people from Richmond, Va. Who personally told me on the phone how they were treated and how they were ripped off as well It seems to me that this last statement about Mr. Bourgeis is untrue. I have witnesses who stated the same exact thing to me of what I was going through and what I am going through, if Mr. Bourgeis is so nice and so true and honest then why has he not paid me as of yet? Honest and nice?? Hardly not or he wouldnt have tried to get an attorney after me for freedom of speech and placing something on here which is the truth. Which I can back up in a court of law. Not to mention the harassing that is taking place with in the last few months of him trying to get money out of me cause he is not doing well in his own businesses. 1.5 million dollar real estate business indeed.

If Arden Bourgeis was so kind, nice and honest I not only would be paid by now for services rendered to his trucking company General Fleet LLC, but there would be no harassment from attorneys, or phone calls or any such thing. Now would there be?

Now all of a sudden here comes a guy in California looking for Mr. Bourgeis so called address which is not given on this site who supposedly knows Arden Bourgeis in Richmond, Va. and have known him for ten years. How come it took this long to look for him? How can a person in California do business with a person in Richmond Va.? This does not add up. Especially after all of this time.

In fairness to Arden, I have been doing business with him for at least ten years, and he has always been a solid stand up nice guy. He has always been the guy we can trust to come through in a pinch, and someone we can trust.

Again, I don't know anything about the current situation, but I know a hundred people who have done business with him over the years, and they all feel the same way I do. '

If guilty of anything in the past, it is Arden being too nice of a guy, and people trying to take advantage of him, and then they are very upset when they didn't get something for nothing.

I just didn't want one comment from a situation from someone that no one I know knows, to define a man and his business, especially when it goes against his general known long term reputation business wise, and personally, in the local and national community.
