Argentiere B&B Appartamenti and Booking.com should not advertise such a last minute offer, and trick people into buying this, then when users write what time they will arrive (expecting it to be a hotel,) the booking.com system allowed it, and then when the hotel does not accept it booking.com allows the Hotel to be paid, its a scam with booking.com and the Hotel.
This is a scam between Argentiere B&B Appartamenti and Booking.com
Its the age of technology, why does Booking.com system allow users to book last minutes, and pay for a Hotel and then allow users to write the time of the flight arrival and what time we will be at the Hotel and does not cross check opening and closing times.
Booking.com system should cross check times of Hotel opening and closing, and what estimated time the user are arriving, if the 2 things does not match then dont accept the credit card payment and most certainly dont allow for the Hotel to take the credit card payment, we call this a scam.
Argentiere B&B Appartamenti took money from users credit card and did not provide any room, in fact they had signs on the building that people could not even call or ring any bell to the Hotel.
I will report this scam tothe internet so everyone knows. This is crazy and booking.com allow for such scams to take place.

Argentiere B&B Florence Scam

When we booked on Booking.com we stated to booking.com that we would arrive by flight and then later to Argentiere B&B Florence that evening, both booking.com and Argentiere B&B Florence were advised of the time of arrival and acepted our booking and took and charged our credit card, when we arrived Hotel was closed and big signs everywhere not to call.
We called the hotel from 10 pm and no one answered.
Argentiere B&B Florence knows this and basic fact that they did not provide a room but were happy to charge our credit card. I am glad we didnt stay in Argentiere B&B Florence because of the other terrible comment we read on Trip Advisor.
The owner of Argentiere B&B Florence is a thief and will charge your credit card for a service not provided.

Dear Sir,
I am the owner of the Argentiere B&B in Florence Italy, I apologise to our kind customers and take the necessary distance from this comment that I find offensive and diffamatory.
The customer has booked through booking.com at 20.00 on the day the check in .
The description of the B&B clearly indicates that the check in is until 21.00.
Normally customers who arrive late (after 21.00) telephone to arrange the procedure for late check in.
The client in question has arrived ( we have a record from the camera ) in front of the B&B at 24.45.
The B&B Argentiere has a very good reputationsee on Booking.com, Expedia, Hrs, Trivago with about 5000 customers per year, average rating 7.7 .
In relation to defamation, we are goig to activate legal action to defend against these attacks.
