Ariana Studios The Wedding Plaza Unprofessional and Difficult to Work With Floral Park, New York

I am sorry to say that I had a horrible experience with Ariana Studios.  To begin, the florist refused to give us a quote.  She stated she would call us with the quote and never did.  She called about two weeks before our wedding to see if we still needed her services.

Next comes the event planner - Jeff Artura.  I initially enjoyed working with him until I realized he was cloaked in a world of double talk.  We booked a package with Ariana Studios through the catering hall we used.  Photography, DJ, Video, Limo were all included.  Our photographer was phenomenal.  She was easy to work with and very professional.  She did leave an hour before the end of the reception.  We are still waiting to contact Jeff about this.  The videographer was also very easy to work with. 

My husband and I had to track down the DJ.  On the day of the ceremony, the DJ finally returned our call to tell us he still did not have the ceremony music.  We provided him with a cd that day. We were told that every single aspect of the package was included in what we paid to the catering hall.  On the day of the wedding, the limo showed up with an invoice for $60 - apparently a mandatory gratuity.  When we met with Jeff Artura prior to this, he stated that we could tip whatever we wanted, even $10.  He denied this when my husband called him to straighten this out. Thankfully, my wedding day was still perfect, as I got to marry my husband.  However, Ariana Studios and Jeff Artura did very little to make the day easier for us.
