Aricel Juan Hernndez Reyes - Cuban Embassy - Lebanon Cuban Embassy Is a Sexual Predator Beirut Lebanon

I was working in the Cuban Embassy in Lebanon from 2001 to 2007, the last 6 months were especially horrific. I was working for an individual by the name of Aricel Juan Hernandez Reyes, who was the Political Counselor and Deputy Chief of Mission of the embassy aka charg daffaires. Mr. Reyes harassed me sexually on a daily basis. Every day he would try to make a move on me, he would try to kiss me, offer me money for sex on some occasions.

I have nothing against gays, I have friends that are gay. Mr. Reyes on various occasions told me that the reason he went into Cuban Foreign politics, was because by doing so he would have the ability to travel outside Cuban Territory, and thus having the ability to engage in homosexual behaviors (in Cuba homosexuality is not very accepted by general the public). I kinda felt sorry for him.

But the sexual harassment continued. He would touch my face and continued after i told him to stop, and when i would be sitting down on the computer he would sometimes push his body on me when he would be having an erection. He one time offered me 150,000 LBP if i would perform oral sex on him. I was disgusted by this but i needed the job.

Where i finally drew the line, was when one day Reyes inisisted i accept a glass of Coca Cola from him to drink, i took a sip and it tasted kinda sour, i looked at the bottom of the glass and i noticed there was whittish gooey material. After that one sip i became really drowsy (Thank God Al-hamdu lillah I didnt drink the whole thing), i assume that Mr. Reyes done so in order to try to drug me.
I spoke to one of the embassy directors and he refused to take action. So I filed a formal written complaint against Reyes and it was pending for 2 years, and as of this week i was notified my case was dropped. I wanna notify public about this political criminal.
