I purchased a leather living room couch and loveseat from the arizona room store and got the warranty and scotchguard protection. The warranty was to cover andy wear or damage for 5 years. A year and half later the color was peeling off the couch. I contacted the warranty and the couch was redyed. 4 months later the exact same problem occured. This time i was told it is normal wear and it is not covered. I had no phone calls returned from the so called management and the customer associates were extremely rude. I would not reccomend purchasing anything from the room store. Ikea furniture will last linger and for the $2000 i sent half the price would have goten me better furniture at a little mom and pop furniture store. Save your money and stress less by shopping somewhere else.
