Went to the Armando seminar and was convinced by Paul to sign up. He told us you have nothing to lose because you can cancel within 3 days and get a full refund. We cancelled the very next day. We did everything they asked and then some. We notifed them by phone, email(through a scan of the letter we wrote) in place of the fax. One of their employees told us this was fine to do as long as they have a copy of my signature. and the letter was also mailed. I sent the materials back the next day through UPS so I have proof of delivery and tracking of everywhere the package went. It is now over a month and that they have the package and still no refund. The company will not return any phone calls. They keep sending me to someone named Jessica, but she has not returned any of my numerous phone calls. The 3 day statement is on the contract so they are breaking the law!!!!!

Thanks to my credit card company I did get my money. I also contacted the BBB and got a redponse from Armandos attorney that they will look into. Havent got any other replies or sorry for the mistake. If you did it by credit card it will be easier since the card company helped me. Good luck and I wish you the best. If you contact an attorney and need a statement I will be happy to write one about my similiar problem.

I attended the free seminar on 7/26 and sent a cancellation form out the next day and followed all the correct steps..signed postage etc. and have not received my refund within the 10 business days stated in the contract or gotten any return phone calls from Chris- who is in charge of refunds. I have been trying to contact these people over 2 weeks with no luck. They don't answer their phones and do not return phone calls. I was wondering if you ever got your money back and how. I have already filed with the BBB and will contact my lawyer if need be.  Please beware that you will have a hard time with a refund from this company so make sure you want to go through with the seminar because their 3 day recission is a joke.
