Arrow Financial fraudulent Aurora Illinois

I was trying to do the right thing and pay a debt of mine. I was contacted by ARROW who presented themselves as Capital One.

I made payment agreement with them and allowed them to deducted an amount every month. Well the debt was paid, I am assuming because they stopped collecting on the account. I never recieved any statements from them each month. I finally realized who they were even thought they fraudulently represented themselves
After the collections payment they finally appeared on my credit report. They were never there before. They have treated this debt as never been paid, seriously passed due. I have written to them. I requested for them to remove the derrogitory comments update and paid.

This account has not been updated/disputed. These people think that they are above all others. I am going to report them the BBB like so many others have done before me.
