Arrow Gas Arrow likes to play God. They extremely overcharge for propane and rental tanks, and they lie. Springfield, Massachusetts

When my hot water heater broke, I rented one from Arrow gas.  They charged me six hundred dollars per year to rent this tank! On top of the over inflated price of their propane, and propane tank rental.

 If you're not one of their big customers, and only use propane for cooking and hot water, God help you.  You are in for the price gauging of your life.  Even doubly so if you are unfortunate enough to have to rent a hot water heater from them.

Then, if you owe them money, and are about to run out of propane, they will promise you delivery upon payment,  when you pay, Then they will make you wait an extra week for the check to clear, before they deliver, so that you will run out of propane, and will have to pay to have your services restarted!  (Even if you never bounced a payment to them in nine years!)

When you finally smarten up to how much you've been paying for how little you've been receiving,  and tell them you're done with them and are going to pursue other options, they give you a hard time about coming to remove their equipment!

Arrow Gas is definitely the most Selfish, thieving company I have ever had the misfortune to do business with.  People be warned, they do it all with a smile!
