Arrowhead Advance Ripped me off

After years of getting my credit together! I received a pre approval for a loan from Arrowhead Advance in the mail. I was definitely excited about it so of course thinking that this will go on my credit report and it will show more trustworthiness I accepted a loan amount of $650 ! I had given them my checking account number, employer name, my social security number as well as paycheck stubs. I received the $650 in my account two day later which was in August 2018 and every two weeks which is now November Arrowhead has been getting $176.14 from account! Recently I ran into a hardship financially with my student loan debt.

I immediately called Arrow head and asked if we could work out something for my future payment but they said that they couldn’t do anything until they have my bank statement with my name and dollar amount on the statement! I’m informed them that I had sent over a copy of my garnished wages and a pay decrease but they continue to ask for a bank statement. I have requested to speak to a manager or supervisor but that wasn’t a option after reading other people reviews I immediately called my bank and talked with them. Unfortunately I had to put a stop payment on my account until I could look further into arrowhead advance! I have paid so far $1409.00 and still don’t know when it would of stopped coming out of my checking account! I never thought I could be ripped off but it happened and it will never happen again!
