I found an event on the artist site Indie on the move. I contacted the so called booking agency Art N Music booking in regard to the event. The event was 107.9 Summer Jam in Cleveland, OH on August 27, 2016. They told me that I needed to make a payment of $60.00 to their Art N Music Booking square account. I made the payment and received an invoice receipt. They told us that my artist would be performing before rapper Designer as an opening act. Two weeks before the event we received an email that their portion of the concert was cancelled. They provided us with two options to resolve the situation. 1. Request a refund. 2. Sign up for their Kayne West tour slot in PA. We requested to place our artist on the Kanye Tour Slot for Columbus, OH and PA - the never did and never refunded out money. They Still have our money and we put money into CD's, signs and shirts for them to rip us off.

First I want to say I am really excited to see you 4 artists perform and really hope you guys take advantage of this opportunity to advance your career. Below is some details and information you will need to know.


** Tickets will not be sold and this is why. There is a conflict of interest because if you guys sell tickets for the show a lot of your fans will expect to see the full show which is selling for $30 to $200 so the venue owners don't want to have a conflict so the opening stages will be free and if your fans want to see the full show they will have to pay regular price.


** Summer Jam starts @ 7:30pmwith Desiigner being the first act going on at 8:30pm. Opening stage show will start at 5:30pm, load in is at 4pm please be there and if you can't you must call me, not text, not email, you must call me and make me aware of this. Please come to the The Gateway East Garage and give the name of the artist(s) and they will let you in. If you have a group of people you will all have to get stamped because they don't want confusing from the main show.


** When you receive this email please reply back so I can give you your stage number and what time you go on. If you are late for you time slot we will move on, we cannot hold up the show and the sponsors will not be happy.


** We are pushing for everybody's song to be played on the radio but some will not because the DJs might not like it. We are not using any hashtags because once again there is conflict on how they want us to use the hashtags which we are still fighting and trying to figure it out cause that will be important.


** For your background music please make sure your music is on a digital device, no CDs. If you have a band you will have to come 30 mins earlier for load in.


** If you have any questions please contact us because I'm sure I left something out lol we are excited so let's have fun and if there is any issues with schedules, music or just concerns about anything please let me know so we can handle it and make the show go smoother for you

We have a troubling update, one of the opening artists got into a verbal online fight with one of the djs from the radio station about his time and when he goes on stage and why certain artists go before him. Also, a number of main stage artists management teams have contacted the radio station and venue sponsors about some of the artists opening the show using the likeness of their artists. Likeness is taking another person and using it in advertising without their permission, the venue sponsors told us from the beginning that this shouldn't be an issue but it looks like it is and there has been multiple complaints and because of all this Z107.9 has cancelled our portion of the show. I am upset and I know you will be very upset too, we have spoken with a couple of you and have put you on the Kanye West show in Columbus and Philly but for the rest of you there is 2 options: we can begin a process to refund your money or we can put you on another show. Please contact us and let us know what you would like to do, email, text or call is fine. If we don't answer immediately just text or call back, we are working as we speak to rectify this situation.
