I orderd A replacement Part for my refrigerator. A lifetime warantee part. $630.00 on august 17th. They said they would ship shortly. It has been 2 months, and They wont answer their phone, they won't answer their emails. I have tried to cancel my order every day for the last month. I have bought this unit from someone else, But I can't cancel my order from Articold.
They cannot be reached by phone or email. The BBB states that mail is returned. I need my money back.
