Artificial aiming Helios, Doober Customer service screwed me Internet

Their Customer support took my words out of context when i asked for help in the support forum. I said "I cant get this **** working" and he bans me for apparently "calling helios' work ****" which is totally false. These guys are real scum bags who will slap you in the face and take your money if you're having issues getting the cheats to work.
