I went to this dentist so many times I lost count, over 80 times probably more. Started late 2007.The first appointment I had was a check up and consultation.  I was scared to death just did not want to be there. (Now I know I had good reason why). They knew I was terrified and of course they reassured me it would be OK.  They had a new woman dentist today, and it was her first day (YEAH). She was the first of 7 different dentists I had. Dr Michelle Grossleib. I was given an estimate sheet by ANGELA the office manager, that came in with a higher estimate at $4,663.00 (w/cerac)  using better materials.  And a lower estimate of $4,073.00. By the third visit the doctor was totally disgusted and let me know about her feelings. I was scheduled for delivery of this crown in 1 week. I waited 8 weeks for this crown. the temporary crown came off at least 3 times while I was waiting  for the permanently ivery i, even Worse, the crown was made in the office.  With a large window to watch them make your crown in ONE HOUR as they advertise on the window. Long story short I went in for yet another visit I asked where my Dentist was? Dr. Michelle.  Oh she left said Angela the OFFICE MANAGER. I asked where she went why did she go, and Angela became VERY nasty and abrasive. I'd also like to mention that when I was with Dr. Michelle she had to constantly get the other more experienced dentist (DR.Young) to come and look at what she had done to have it ok'd.  I felt like I was at a beauty college, paying full price for the work. Another dentist Dr. Darwin Hayes  a couple weeks later was the next (3rd) dentist.  He was nice enough, but let me know he was not at all happy with the work the prior dentist Dr. Michelle had done and we talked in length about this.  I was between a rock and a hard place.  My insurance was starting to fizzle as was I. This may be a bit out of order as it happened but it is the HONEST truth.  I had a partial on the bottom 3 teeth.  Dr Michelle took out the partial and crowned the teeth on both sides.  Then she asked me if I was aware, I wound not have front teeth for a couple of weeks???? again (yeah).  Dr. Michelle went and spoke to Angela and she came in and offered me what they call a stay plate.  Your very lucky she said instead of the USUAL  $595.00  we can get this at a discount of about $195.00 (THIS WAS MY INSURANCE THEY DID ME NO FAVORS). NO NO NO this can not be happening it was just a few days before Thanksgiving, we were having guests from out of town. Did not have much of a choice. So, I got it in 3 or 4 days. Oh my god, that thing was a torture device, it never fit properly. Again I came back several times to have it loosened, tightened, ground down, and  pieces of metal cut off.  My top 2 front teeth Dr.Young drilled the back and sanded down leaving them with big large curves in the back of my top 2 teeth, so that the stay plate would not hit up against the stay plate (the torture device.) A couple of days later I accidentally on purpose threw it down the toilet. I was so very angry I was fuming mad.  Again, went back and told Angela what happened and she laughed.  Well she said we could do another one and TRY to fit it better.  And,that the price would be the same as the last one.(oh Goody).  Will that did not happen either the second one was about $500.00.  You would think I'd had enough but here comes the new stay plate and guess what?  It was just as bad as the other.  Many, many,many returns to the office for more grinding sanding and pain.  Honest to God I took the stay plate out threw it on the ground and smashed it with a hammer. I promise.  I hung the pieces in a plastic bag on my Christmas tree. That was my gift that year, as we had not much money left for the holiday.  This may be a bit out of order because so so many horrilbe things happened to me there.  Now it gets even better I came in for another of my usual weekly appoinment and Dr. Hayes says lets numb you up on the bottom.  I said why.  Were going to remove the crown (don't forget these were new  ones and just had been put on by Dr Michelle Grossleib.)  So again I cry. Keep in mind Angela the OFFICE manager constantly has her hand out for money.  Will now my care credit is maxed out to its limit, so now I have to start using another credit card with a zero balance, because I'm nowhere next to being done here. Then there are more unprofessional things happened to many to mention. Now that my insurance is maxed out, gone tell next year the Dentist and Angela tell me I need to see a SPECIALIST  Dr. Esther S. Cho Endodontics  I think they waited to drain every penny I had  in my insurance. Then send me to the Endodontics Dr.. Will I guess we know a specialist is never inexpensive, so here comes out another brand new credit card, are you all following the story I think you know where is goes from here.  DOWNHILL.  I become violently ill when my 4 credit  card payments come due every month at a APR of 29.99%..This is almost it.  I did see Dr Jonathan Greenberg 1 time only because Anglea forgot to call me to tell me that Dr. Darwin Hayes was scheduled for that day, but he never showed up.  He had quit and not told anyone.  After that I saw dentists that I saw only 1 time each, they said they were basically retired and had just come in to help.   Not even on staff. I do not remember all there names,, but Im sure they are in my fill, along with my bill that I believe is now over $15,000 with the APRs on all the credit cards. Please remember this has nothing to do with the current staff.  I feel bad for them.  Many people I've spoken with are mad as hell..And the new staff and Dentist that is there are left to clean up this mess if possible. I still can't believe this happened to me. I don't see how Dr. Jonathan Greenberg is still in business.  If you call the Better Business Bureau, you will find he has an F rating (yeah) not to good. Also, he has many complaints against him, including mine.  He does not even respond the the Better Business Bureau when when they contact him by mail. No smiles here.    Juliet     Santa Clarita
