This report is about Arturo Worrell, who works as an attorney in Panama City, Panama. He also claims to be an architect and an engineer. This report does not involve Arturo Worrell, the Karate instructor, his father. The young Arturo Worrell  is a sexual predator and anyone doing business in Panama needs to be alerted.



His actions as my lawyer resulted in my $120,000 loss, and this format is the best format which I know to spread the word about him as a warning.

Arturo Worrell is predator with no remorse and he viciously destroyed my business when I didn't accept his sexual invitations. When he realized a physical relationship with me was not part of the deal when i hired him to help with a simple labor dispute, he started to undermind the business I had been working on for 4 years. Without using physical force, he wiggled his way into my business and sought total control over all decisions. His charmimg personality was exposed as a cover for a darker side.  And then one night he physically tore the business apart. He removed or damaged all the valuable equipment.

Acting as my lawyer, he put his name into every legal aspect  of my business and set me up so h could do anything, He was  prepared to justify his final plundering and pillaging.   During the short time he worked as my lawyer, he made himself legal representative and he had the legal power to do whatever he needed to ruin the business. 
Because he had that control, he thought he could control me sexually too, but that was never going to happen. 

it would be futile to file a claim against him in a country where he is an attorney. I have to accept that in that period of less than 4 months in which he worked as my attorney, he destroyed  my pizza restaurant with delivery service which i had been building since 2014. We were located on Via Espana near the Metro station Del Carmen with great walk by traffic. The details of how he accomplished this are  simple and the result of my optimism and my naivete about sexual predators who claim to be Buddhist.

Arturo took full advantage and he set me up.

When i refused his fourth request to visit me at night in my condo, it was the final straw for him.  He retaliated  that evening, or the next morning,  by damaging the interior of the restaurant and taking out  all the TVs ,  the valuable tech equipment and essential portable operating machines. Abusive people thrive under only one circumstance: when they have control. His feeling of frustration at being unable to dominate me erupted into anger.

sexual predators have a few standard  behaviors 
1. they  need to dominate and be in control.
2. they always play the victim.
3. they are never wrong and cannot compromise.
4. they do not have the ability to form long term intimate relationships.
5 they are personable.
6 they have the ability to shut off fear of consequences.
7 until it happens, people around them can't believe the predator would be capable of such deception.
8. they are helpful, and they use their helpfulness as a way to insinuate themselves into the lives of the vulnerable.

Arturo's character matches with all of these 8 predator signs.

When i was  told that arturo had removed the equipment visible through the windows from outside, and that he had changed the locks to prevent immediate detection, i didn't  believe it.  But that's when I was told that he had sexually assaulted another American  woman who was living in  Panama a few months before. Because I did not know about that other incident when I hired him as my attorney, i feel it is my duty to send this report. His behavior is unbalanced and dangerous. Sexual predators flourish in silence.  I hope my warning to  women living in Panama helps stop him from causing more harm.

He will continue with his immoral, abusive behavior without reprecussions unless I speak out and women hear me. This report cannot be removed, so for time eternity, here is my statement. Arturo Worrell is a predator seeking sex and control and he will do anything he wants to justify his actions. He is incapable of remorse, and will play the victim when he reads this.
