I went in for a consultation with pictures and clearly described to them how I wanted my hair. I was assigned the "Senior Stylist" and she started my hair. Long story short they completely ruined my hair. Now, they are not willing to refund my money or even fix it free of charge.

They told me to come in and spend MORE money on top of the $1,000 I already spent on hair and products. What a freaking joke. Stay away from these people because they cannot do any complicated hair colouring, only Mickey Mouse sh*t.

Thanks ARU Spa for wasting my time and money.
