Beware of purchasing anything from ASAP Motors in Houston Texas, they are rip-offs. The motors or transmissions they are selling have not been tested or checked for defects, they send them to you straight from the car.
I purchased a transmission that did not work after a month or two of daily complaints they finally sent me another one that still has problems. I purchased the extended warranty from them but they have ignored my refund request even after certified letters and calls.
You are not safe even if you purchase extended warranties from them, DO NOT GET RIPPED-OFF DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Juan, I too was ripped off by ASAP MOTORS and Ill tell you right now, there is plenty we ALL can do about it, IF,,, WE ALL DO IT AND ARE AS RELENTLESS ABOUT IT AS ASAP WAS IN STEALING ALL OUR MONEY.
Im not sure if this first step will work for you, but it may cause some problems for ASAP MOTORS
1st, if you paid with a credit card, contact the card co, or the bank that sponsors the card, and tell them what has happened, and what youve done to remedy the problem, take or send any and all evidence that will help with what your telling them, and ask them to do a full investigation on ASAP AND, also see if they will do a charge back on the card, to ASAP so ASAP has to come after you for the money.
2nd, file a report with the BBB
3rd, CONTACT, AND FILE A REPORT WITH THE STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL OF HOUSTON TX, GREG ABBOTT, HE HAS HIS OWN WEB SITE, EMAIL,AND SEND BY REGULAR MAIL ANY AND ALL EVIDENCE YOU HAVE ON ASAP's FRUADULENT DEAL WITH YOU, AND BE RELENTLESS IN CALLING BACK AND EMAILING FOR UPDATES ON THE PROGRESS OF YOUR COMPLAINT. DO IT OFTEN JUAN.
4th, contact and file a complaint with the FEDRAL TRADE COMMISION, AND THE fbaa.us THIER PHONE #is 1-877-875-3222 THESE TWO AGENCIES CAN YANK ASAPs web site off the net. read some of the newer complaints, they have more info you can use Juan.
