ASC America's Servicing Company forced unecessary lender placed insurance policy and charged my escrow $6,000 Des Moines Iowa And Also Newark New Jersey

I pay $380. per year for homeowners insurance with a great local company. But the ripoff ASC sent me a lender placed insurance policy for $2000. They said they had no proof of my existing ongoing policy with my local company.

My insurer faxed and mailed proof of insurance but ASC keeps saying they don't receive those copies. I have faxed and also I have mailed and I have even mailed with a return receipt where they had to sign for it in the ASC mailroom. But still they say they have no proof of my insurance and keep charging me.

Three times ASC purchased lender placed policy and charges me. They take my P&I payments that I make and credit it to the negative escrow balance. Then they tell me I am behind in my P&I payments. This has been going on for 14 months. I have even had a conference call with the ASC escrow department and my local insurance company where they got all of the "binder" clauses and information.

I thought it was fixed but ASC will not give me my money or credit it to P&I and then they turned around and purchased ANOTHER lender placed policy -- AGAIN!!!!
