ASC,ASC Mortgage company appears to be taking terrible advantage of thousands Atlanta Georgia

it is both upsetting and validating to read the numerous reports with much of the same information, as i have experienced much of the same...

my mortgage payments went up nearly $800 this year-much more than i can afford-i found no help, very limited explantation (they aid it is my tax and insurance-i have sent confirmation of my insurance, but still haven't recieved the right adjustment)the customer service reps are no help-and i have asked o speak with supervisors, still little to no help...i was running a business, had no time to research, found each call incredibly more and more frustrating...

in short, have just decided to sell my home, as i can no longer afford this inflated amount--(which also, by the way, regularly seems to go up $75 with no explanation). my credit was also damaged after they bought my mortgage -i received no notification and tried to pay the company i assumed held my note-was told it had already been paid.

if there are this many reports on this one website--as i stumbled across only looking for their website---this is very serious and certainly should be addressed.
if there is any class action suit, i would love to be a part of it...
