On July 01/2014 and July 18,2014 Ripoffed and scammed of $31,250 dollars.

 I was told I would get $1,500.00 a month

I only received a $120.95.from them on total investment.

the last check was 02/09/2015 for 22.50.  

I want my money back do i need file lien against them?
