I would not recommend this place at all! The noise level from neighbors is bad enough. I lived here only a year and had to put up with noise from upstairs neighbors walking around at night. Not to mention the noise from the pool at the front of the property where certain tenants have drunken parties til 5am in the summer! The floors upstairs creaked over my bedroom loud enough that I had to run a fan on high to muffle it! Thin walls and windows--you can hear the neighbors talking, and their loud car motor every d**n morning after 5am. I had constant leaks from upstairs neighbor's bathroom. If there is a ceiling with mold or you need to have a/c fixed or replaced, it may take calling the corporate office to get it done. Lastly, I am pissed off that after moving out I get a bill for the entire cost of an new fridge when the fridge still worked. The only thing wrong with it was a cheap plastic bar to the shelf inside the fridge door. When I called about this I was told that they(Ascott Place) won't replace that plastic part. Instead, they must charge me for an entire fridge! If I don't pay $500 for it, I'll have to call their lawyer and might go to court to settle the dispute over the cost of a new fridge! I will not call their d**n lawyer just to be told that I'll have to pay up or go to court. Do they really think a lawyer will give me some slack and say I don't have to pay for it? What bullcrap con artists at Ascott Place! They refuse to replace the d**n plastic part. They only want to con me out of $500! I'm hoping that calling the corporate office will settle this so that I don't pay for a new fridge. This is insane how they want me to pay them for a new fridge. They just want money, they DON"T want to compromise. I do NOT recommend these rip-off scumbags to anyone. Save your money, don't move here. They will do the same to you, they will charge you for an entire appliance even though one part may need replacement. Next thing you know, they'll want to charge for a whole new stove or dishwasher! Shame on them. Thank God I had enough sense to move out and get something better and for lower rent;<
