ASF International Can't Cancel Contract Highlands Ranch Colorado

I signed my son into America's Best Karate in El Paso and my husband had to be transferred by his employer so we advised the Karate center and they told us to take a letter from the employer to them. They gave us a business card with ASF 800 #. We called and cancelled or thought we cancelled were told to send an email. We were then told we could not cancel for 2 months, plus because it was my account I need to submit my information, my husband's information was not good enough. When I finally figured out the "website" address was really an email address the money was taken out of my bank account. When we called to check on the account and wanted our money back, I was told I would have to go to a website and print out the page and fax it to them. The email was no longer good enough. So our contract is still not cancelled. By the way, America's Best Karate is just as much a ripoff.
