I rented to Ashley & Jeremy Forte and after having to call every month to get my rent and talk about a bounced check.. I went to the house. I was totally SHOCKED and discusted..my newly remodled home I had just purchsed had a broken deck.. holes AND DIRT ON the walls and filthy carpet.. food caked on the kitchen floor (never seen a rental in 40 years of rentals ownership SO DISCUSTING after only 1 year.
WHEN TRYING TO DISCUSS THIS WITH HER SCREAMING MOUTH.. I had no choice but to give 60 day NOTICE AND THE BATTLE WAS ON.. THEY WERE SO NASTY harrasing me (even put MY house on e-bay for sale at a 100,000 AND ONLY AFTER i PAID FOR A LAWYER DID THEY LEAVE 4months later..they sewed me..
I won a nice judgement for damages and they immeditely filed BANKRUPTSY. They also filed a report with ripoff trying to tarnish my image (NO LUCK) my tenants all love me.. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE..
