Ashley furniture home store Ashley furniture, Ashley Furnishings Unable to deliver, no refund, in-store credit, and a 25% restock fee Abilene Texas

I went to Ashley Furniture on Jan 29 to order 2 chairs I needed by March 1. I was told 2-3 weeks for delivery, giving me plenty of time before guests arrived. After 3 weeks, I called for estimated delivery date. I was told production was pushed back until April, and I'd receive it by June.  At this point I tried to cancel the furniture so I could look elsewhere. I was told they only give in-store credit, and no refunds, and there would be a 25% restock fee for cancelling. I called my credit card company to see if they could reverse the charge. They said they could, on the furniture, but they can not fight restock fees. I am not the one that is breaking the contract, Ashley did, by not delivering as promised. Yet I have no recourse to fight them on this restock fee but to wait until June for goods promised in February! That is bad business practice in my opinion. I am fighting it the only way I know how...getting the word out not to shop there, on every social media site I can find.
