The office of the Attorney General now has our official complaint. We ordered, instore, at your ratty Hull St location. We cancelled the order the same day and Ashley originally agreed to refund the money. We did not receive or take any product at any time. At some point Ashley decided to not return our money, claiming all sales are final and returns will be in the form of credit. Problem...at no point was this disclosed verbally but rather is hidden on the bottom of a receipt (Not a contract) which you email. Additionally the sale was not ever fully completed as we cancelled before the order was ever fully processed, not receiving or taking any product. That means Ashley is without any possible financial loss as we did not receive and unpack or haul or even slightly add wear to anything. Also...and to former point, since we did not receive or take any product we did not return anything....we just cancelled. Eitherway, I am not going away until you give our money back. NBC12 On your Side did a story on Ashley where you clowns did the same thing to a woman shopping at the Hull St location though you eventually did give her money back and you will give ours back to. Have fun with the Attorney General which was a last resort but you didn't refund our bank or solve it through the BBB so lay in the bed you made.

I have attached a news video regarding this same location doing almost exactly the same scam on a lady in 2017. If you look at the reviews on the BBB....which apparently is a part of the problem...Ashley has under a 2 star rating with dozens of complaints, yet somehow they have a B+. Way too go BBB.
