Ashley Furniture Homestore DSG& TD Card Services ACCOUNTS FRAUD! Fraudulently charging an account purchases and late fees, even though the account is closed. Greenwood Indiana

In 2014 We tried to buy furniture from Ashley Furniture Homestore. This Company could not get it together long enough to deliver our furniture. We cancelled the entire order and requeted the 150.00 in delivery fee's we paid to be reimbursed. It took 6 months to get our money back. We thought we were done with this company for good until; We started getting billed.

It is now 2016 and this issue is still not resolved. Ashley furniture charged somekind of purchase of over 400.00 to our account even though it was closed. It sat unpaid for a year and now they are trying to claim that it is a defaulted account. I have been Dealing with Sharon Harris and I am unsure how someone that lazy and incompetant can -in her words- "be a manager for over 10 years". I have gone through to BBB, as well as, The attorney generals office in my are. This Fraud against our account is so messy we have contacted a lawyer and are in the process of trying to figure out how to file our court proceeding. The Ashley Furniture in our town is a privately owned store so this is a liitle tricky but, It will get done. I also spoke with the manager of the company they finance through Feyshan and he was not only unhelpful but I only understood about 1/4 of what he said. I do not understand why companies use people with such heavy accents for customer service departments.

Everything gets lost in translation. Or you have to waste over an hour literally spelling it out. This company uses very hoakey business practices and I wish someone would have warned me/ would have been a yelp or google review of this place. This company has commited fraud against my name and account and it is affecting me. I want this to spread like an STD. DO NOT  buy from this company and deffinately do not try to finace anything or give them any of your bank account information. Ashley Furniture Homestore Fraudlently Charged a purchase to my closed account and is trying to get a payment from me. Also everyone who works at the Customer service call centers must all still be in highschool because none of them have what it takes to deal with an angry customer.

These peole waste all the time in the world tranferring you or just hanging up on you or interrupt you the whole time you try to figure out why your account is being charged. Absolutely no one has been helpful in my situation but then again, why would anyone admit that they did infact commit fraud againt my account? Obviously, they are going to displace the blame and hang up because, they know they are wrong.  Be warned frinds, Do not shop at ashley furniture and if you have; call the Attorney generals office and get yourself a legal aid or lawyer to help in your situation, because from not only personal experience but, reading some reviews this company has business practices that even loan sharks do not condone.
