Ashley Solutions - Robert Lamell Scammed my parents into wiring them money to help "sell" their timeshare plus "buy their extra bonus weeks" Orlando Florida

My parents listed their timeshare with Timeshares Only for sale (also a scammy company).  A woman, who called herself Debbie Reynolds, offered to "buy my parent's additional bonus weeks from a different timeshare.  A second caller, who went by David Mack, said they could help sell my parent's timeshare on Timeshares Only and really push it and make a sale.  Thesed two claimed they were from a company called Only Timeshares (different from Timeshares Only). They just needed to pay these "fees" which were in the area of $50-$200 but they kept adding up.  They coerced my parents into wiring them money through Netspend because they "didn't do credit cards anymore".  I know, red flags everywhere.  By the time it was all done, my parents wired about $1800 in total.  When my mom asked for her check for the bonus weeks, the line all of a sudden went dead and she hasn't been contacted since.  I looked up the number for "David Mack" 407-340-8681 and it was linked to Ashley Solutions and Robert Lamell of 6485 Conroy Rd Apt 410 Orlando FL 32835.  The company "Only Timeshares" doesn't appear to exist along with the aliases David Mack and Debbie Reynolds (besides the celebrities).
