ASKAVLIMIL.COM - Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals, Inc. RIPOFF SCAM Cincinnati Ohio

I ordered the "FREE" 30 day trial of Rogisen and was charged $4.50 for shipping to my credit card. I placed this order over the website at ASKAVLIMIL.COM. I did not know or realize that I would be automatically enrolled in their "Managed Care Direct" program.

Approximately 3 to 4 weeks later I recieved a 2 month supply of Rogisen in the mail that I had not ordered. The package contained only the tablets... no explanation and no invoice. I decided I'd better check my credit card statement online & found that a few days prior to that they had billed my credit card for $70.00! I did not authorize this!

I called the number (866-834-1715)and talked to a gentleman there that said that because I had ordered the free sample online that I should have read everything & then I would have realized that I had been enrolled in their "Managed Care Direct Program" and that I should have "CANCELED" before the shipment date. I explained to him that I didn't realized that I was enrolled in any program that I had to cancel and that I had only wanted the "30 day free sample!" I told him that I would gladly return the package and that I wanted my credit card reimbursed for the $70.00. He stated that they did not take returns because of something to do with "911" and that they could not nor would not give me a refund. I told him that I was calling my credit card company & filing for reimbursement of the $70.00 and he said "Go ahead."

I called my credit card company & am waiting for them to send me the form that I need to complete & send in.

After I got off the phone with my credit card company I decided that I'd call Berkeley Nutraceuticals again & talked with a lady this time who basically told me the same thing. I asked her if they got a lot of calls complaining about the charges being billed to peoples credit cards and she said "Yes, especially from those that ordered online." I told her that I didn't know how they could sleep at night because of all of the people that they were ripping off. But she didn't seem to care & was even laughing with someone in the background!!!

I infuriates me to no end that this is going on & that if you read everything on their website you will see that it states that you will be automatically enrolled in their "Managed Care Direct Program" but you have to take the time to read "EVERYTHING."

If their product is so good then why are they refusing to take their product back! This is a scam big time and the bad thing about it is that it is probably legal since they do have the print on their webpage about being automatically enrolled in their fraudulent program!

Please beware before giving your credit card or checking account number to anyone nowadays!
