ASKNET LONGRUN ONLINE they scammed me and hacked into my computer Internet

they told me that they were Microsoft technicians and that there were all kinds of problems with my computer, well at the time I didn't know that Microsoft never calls their clients.  So I paid $499 for a hacking of my computer and now Capital One does not want to take off that charge, they did take it off then they heard from ASKNET LONGRUN ONLINE and then paid them leaving me holding the bag.  I know now that Microsoft doesn't make calls to fix computer problems.  I jumped through all the hoops Capital One wanted and now they still want to charge me.  I have very good credit but feel that I showed through Office Depot who fixed my computer and still I got screwed.  These people are Chinese and are out of Canada.
